Due to the popularity of this festival we do have to sometimes cap entries to certain age groups so be prepared to get those entries in as early as possible

Boys : U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16
Girls : U8, U10, U12, U14, U16

Entries must be completed by 30th April 2026 and any entries without payment will be rejected
On Festival day please note that adults will be charged £3 to enter.
Coaches will be allowed Free Entry but a maximum of 3 coaches per team will be allowed
Under 16s enter the festival free.
Please note that all coaches and teams need to be present by 9:00am-9:15am on the appropriate days in order for parking and registration to be completed and for matches to commence on time at 10am.
Strictly No Alcohol is allowed to be on site during the festival weekend

Please note that maximum squad sizes have been introduced as listed below
All games for Age Groups up to and including Under 11s are non-competitive
Older age groups will be competitive competitions
We may look to have a final and plate final if entries and time permit

Squad Size Information:

BOYS U6S, BOYS U7S WILL BE 4 A -SIDE GAMES (NO GOALKEEPERS, MAX SQUAD SIZE 7)
BOYS U8S AND GIRLS U8S & U9S WILL BE 5 A - SIDE GAMES (WITH GOALKEEPERS, MAX SQUAD SIZE 8)
BOYS U9S WILL BE 6 A - SIDE GAMES (WITH GOALKEEPERS, MAX SQUAD SIZE 9)
ALL OTHER AGE GROUPS WILL BE 7 A - SIDE GAMES (WITH GOALKEEPERS, MAX SQUAD SIZE 10)

The Small Print:

It would be greatly appreciated if the appropriate payment could be forwarded with the entry form.
No team will be able to pay on the day of the tournament.
When all the replies have been received, the format of the tournament, rules and confirmation of entry etc. will be established and the details will be forwarded to the nominated representative from your club. (It is extremely important to return the entry form with payment by 30th April 2026 at the latest)
Please note that if we are unable to accommodate all teams wishing to enter the age groups the selection to participate will be on a first come first served basis.
