Pontardawe Town are entering one of the most exciting chapters of our history so we are calling on calling on supporters, parents, former players and members of the community to volunteer and join us as we continue to build special both on and off the pitch.

We are continuing major developments at Parc Ynysderw as we look to improve the ground making it a more welcoming, accessible and modern home for football. New changing rooms, a club room and an updated ground entrance are all in our plans for the next 12 months …. and to do that, the club needs more people to join the journey.

There are opportunities to support matchdays as stewards and turnstile operators, to support the clubhouse, fundraising and events, and to contribute via behind-the-scenes roles within the club. Whether someone has experience or is new to volunteering, there is a place for everyone. Just a few hours a month can make a real difference. No football knowledge is required, only a willingness to help. Supporting matchday events, stewarding or simply making cups of tea can all play a part. Every volunteer is part of the heartbeat that keeps the club moving forward.

Our ambition remains to create a community football hub, that showcases Pontardawe proudly on the Welsh football map, to inspire the next generation of players and supporters, and to build a sustainable, volunteer-driven club that lasts long into the future.
