It was a positive first half by Town in this Round 10 game against Briton Ferry Llansawel but the second half was a dour affair and the visitors went home with 3 points.
Town didn't settle well from the kick and found themselves a goal down after a long ball from Kris Evans found Jasper Payne and he slotted home. The visitors had obviously came with a plan which was to cut out the middle and hit long balls over the top and down the flanks. It works but it was pretty dour if truth be told
Town though began to play some good football and got a deserved equaliser on 28 minutes as Josh Dorward fed Ryan Kostromin who fired home giving the visiting keeper no chance. Unfortunately Town switched off and a mistake in the box allowed Payne to get his second just 3 minutes after the equaliser.
Town were though looking dangerous and got a second just on the stroke of half time as Josh Dorward, again, fed Callum Silcox who smashed the ball home for the teams to go in 2-2 at the break.
A positive end to the half which should have pushed the Town lads on but for the whole of the second half they lacked the accuracy we are used to and a headed goal on 51 minutes from Luke Bowen and a penalty, also by Bowen, on 77 minutes put the game out of reach of the home side
