Town made it 2 from 2 in the Elite Stands Ardal Southern West Division with a good win over a very hard working Seven Sisters Onllwyn
Town made one change from Friday's win over Pure Swansea with Roman Legavec starting ahead of Steff Pryce
Early doors it was the visitors who looked the more dangerous and were unlucky to take the lead when the hit the bar but Town began to settle and on 11 minutes Steve Berry fed Ben Scannell who calmed the nerves with his second of the season. There was more to come as just 12 or so minutes later it was the turn of Kyle Copp to provide an assist as Scannell netted his second.
Town were dominating by now but couldn't convert the chances and the half ended 2-0
The visitors were hoping to regroup but just 7 minutes in to the half it was Scannel again who, this time, provided the assist for Roman Legavec to bag his first of the season. Three minutes later came the goal of the game (see the video) when a team effort saw Copp put Jake Barrow in down the right and he calmly passed the ball across the area for Scannell to bag a deserved third and his hat trick. Soon after Ben was replaced by the returning Nathan Jones.
Town scored a 5th when further good play saw a bit of panic in the visiting defence and Evans put through his own net.
Despite chances the scoreline could not be increased and Town ended the game 5-0 winners. One sour note to report is a suspected hamstring injury to Steff Pryce which will now be assessed prior to Friday night's FAW Welsh Cup QF1 round at Taffs Well
