In the sunshine, and in front of large crowd, Pontardawe Town once again were made to pay for a slow start as visitors Morriston scored after just 5 minutes through Kallum Owen (0-1). In fact, it took the home side about 20 minutes to finally get in to the game but by then they could have been 2 or 3 goals down.
For the remainder of the game though the home side pretty much dominated and, especially in the second half, they had Morriston on the rack.
Despite this dominance it did look like the goal wouldn't come but in the 87th minute Josh Dorwar had two strikes. The first was well saved but he managed to get off the floor to put the second one away for an equaliser
Tempers had began to rise especially in the second half but after the goal the Morriston Town bench lost their heads with coaches Mark Jenkins and Jon Coates being sent off and manager Jonny Martin receiving a yellow card. The visitors, especially their supporters, were incensed by decisions being made by the match referee and it was all a little unsavoury
Meanwhile, Pontardawe were well on top but couldn't get another over the line to gain a deserved 3 points and had to settle for a draw
